PACKET PICK-UP VOLUNTEERS

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Packet Pick-up for the Bank of America Chicago 13.1! Packet Pick-up is the first stop for many participants. Volunteers will welcome runners and assist with the packet and t-shirt distribution process.
Registration
Volunteers may choose from various shifts over the two-day Packet Pick-up. Please review the volunteer policies before registering. Click on ‘Register now’ below to view available shifts and register!

Location
Packet Pick-up will take place in downtown Chicago at the Roosevelt Collection (150 W. Roosevelt).
Uniform
Volunteers will receive a Bank of America Chicago 13.1 t-shirt, hat and credential to be worn during their volunteer shift. Please dress casually and wear comfortable shoes.
Personal belongings
We highly recommend you avoid bringing valuables and larger items (bags, backpacks, etc.) to Packet Pick-up. Volunteers with bags, purses or backpacks will be required to check them at Volunteer Gear Check. Please note that items larger than a standard backpack will not be permitted in the volunteer gear check. The Bank of America Chicago 13.1 is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.
Age requirement
We require all volunteers supporting participant packet distribution to be 18 years of age or older on the day they volunteer. Volunteers supporting t-shirt distribution must be 14 years of age or older on the day they volunteer. Children and young adults under the age of 14 are not permitted to accompany registered volunteers who meet the age requirement. Adults with accompanying children under age 14 will not be allowed to volunteer.
